Ryan Hill is looking to cast men and women who have real experience playing instruments for the feature film “Sparkle”. Talent will be needed all day/night on Tuesday, November 15th and Wednesday, November 16th in Detroit.

Casting Call for Male Bass Player Role

"Sparkle" Extras Casting Call

Ryan Hill is casting an African American actor to play a bass player for the feature film “Sparkle”. You do not have to be an actual bass player to apply for this role but must be able to at least fake playing the bass. Talent will be needed for a costume fitting today, Thursday, November 3rd or Friday, November 4th between 1:00pm and 4:00pm in Detroit. You must also be available for the shoot days on November 7th, 8th, 9th and 11th.

Available Roles:

  • Bass Player: African American, male, age 18+. (This is all about the look. Need a guy with some hair, but not too much hair. No braids or dreads. No shaved heads. You do not have to be an actual bass player.)

Casting Actors for the New Kid Rock Music Video

The I Group Model & Talent Management

The I Group is holding auditions for the next Kid Rock music video! They are looking to cast 40 people from all walks of life and all ages to participate in the upcoming video. This will be an interview style audition. Interviews will be held on Saturday, October 22nd. Then, if you are selected for the music video based on your interview you will be just shooting just one day. You must be available for the entire day. The shoot date is Thursday October 27th, 2011.

How to Apply:

If you are interested in applying, please email 2 digital pictures for submission. Make sure you are the only one in the pictures, preferably against a background that is not distracting and should be well lit. Please take a little extra time to take and select the proper photographs. The first digital picture should be just your face with natural hair and make-up with the other picture of your full body.   • AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE MUSICIANS: (age 25-45) Piano players, drummers, organists, guitarists, bassist, trumpet, trombone, tenor sax, baratone sax, french horn and tambourine players.

Filming a Music Video for a rock band called The Product, this Sunday in Fenton, MI. We are looking for some people to come down and be in the video. We will be filming this Sunday, June 19th from 8:00am until 2:00pm.

The Product has had music featured on the TV show Jersey Shore, their music has also been the theme music for TNA Wrestling pay-per-views as well as theme music for The Detroit Red Wings Playoffs.

“Human” Music Video Casting Call (Ann Arbor, MI)

Casting Male Actor with Experience in Contemporary or Lyrical Dance

Singer/songwriter Charlene Kaye’s new hit song “Human” is being made into a highprofile music video this summer. Kaye, who frequently collaborates with “Glee” star Darren Criss, has had success writing music since graduating from the University of Michigan.

Dates/Locations:

The music video will be shot in Detroit between May 25 and May 26. More specific times will be provided as the date approaches.

Available Roles:

  • Lead Male Dancer:  We are looking for an attractive male actor in his 20s who has experience with contemporary and/or lyrical dance. The role is the most prominent in the music video.

Compensation:

The music video is a low‐budget project, so the job will be unpaid, but expect to have a great experience with a talented crew that are motivated to turn a great song into a great music video. The film is an M‐agination production and will be posted on Charlene’s official site, YouTube, Vimeo and other popular sites.
