Voice Over Talent & Casting for Internet Commercial (Grandville, MI)

Voice & Actor Casting Call

I am searching for voice talent and on screen talent for a 60 second web image video for a local hardware manufacturer.

Roles:

  • Three female voices (typical suburban mom, mid 30s, well educated)
  • Three male voices (two designers/craftsmen, mid 30s, father figure)
  • Three male actors (non-speaking roles, one designer/graphic artist, two modelers/craftsmen working with metal)
  • Three female actors (non-speaking roles, one designer/graphic artist, two modelers/craftsmen working with metal)

The actors could very well be the same folks who record the off-camera narration.

The piece aims to reveal that the characters are all connected through emotions, dreams, art, meaning, work, memories…LIFE. They all relate to the emotions of what we all call HOME. Basically associating comfort with their brands of hardware for the home.

The video will be distributed on their website and other sites within the retail space.

Compensation:

This is a paid opportunity. Please send me your info along with day rate and half day rate if applicable. If you book through an agency, please indicate so and provide their contact info and pricing.

Upon acceptance of the bid we will provide to the client today, filming will take place within the next two weeks.

I need to submit this estimate by the end of the day today, so if you are interested or can give me an idea of the going rates, that would be extremely beneficial.

Thai Voiceover Actor Casting (Troy, MI)

Voice Actor Needed for Script Narration

Global LT a language services provider in Troy, Mi is looking for local Thai native speakers to narrate a series of scripts.

We are looking for a male talent to record. Must sound confident and professional.
We will provide training for native speakers who are interested but have no experience.
The project duration- 3 months
Sessions- 2 to 3 per week, 3-4 hours per session

Compensation:  $75 per hour

Additional information- The content of the scripts to be narrated is technical automotive, automotive experience is a plus but is not required. Auditions will be held for position. We are also looking for a Language Supervisor to supervise the recordings and help with post-editing. All local Thai native speakers are encouraged to apply.

Child Voiceover Talent

Next Wednesday, (September 16th,) at a certain location, we will be auditioning for young voice actors for two independent animation episodes. Roles include:

TANSY – A twelve-year old Caucasian girl. Tansy’s very deceitful and two-faced. She can pretend to be a true-blue friend of yours very convincingly… but then she can also turn around and be nasty, spiteful and malicious, just for the joy of being treacherous.

STARR – A twelve-year old Caucasian girl. Starr is part of Tansy’s clique. Her overall attitude is similar to Tansy’s, but she’s not half as sharp and wily.

VATSULA – A twelve-year-old girl of Indian (from India), heritage, very Americanized. Vatsula is part of Tansy’s clique. Her overall attitude is similar to Tansy’s, but she’s not half as sharp and wily.

DURMUR – Either a young boy of 14 or younger, or a woman capable of voicing a boy. Durmur is an irritable loudmouthed demon child.
