1-800-LAW-FIRM is casting actors for two 15 second commercials for Gas Station Television and the web. We are shooting Thursday, October 11th at 11:00am. The first location will be 26700 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI. The second Location is still being secured, but it will be nearby.

Available Roles:

  • Male or Female Role: (First location), 20-30, entrepreneur.
  • 1 Male Role: (second location), 30-50 years old, looks like a father.

NOTE: May be hiring one person to fill both roles.


$80 check received on location. If we find someone to play both roles, $140.

VOP Studios and a national production company are looking for actors and extras for a pilot TV Reality Court Show – non-union spec. Shooting will take place in Wayne County, MI primarily on Wednesday, September 26. There will be both AM and PM shoots. You must be able to commit to 1 – 2 days/nights shooting.

The cult TV series, “Lee Martin’s Midnight Hour,” is casting the following roles for its October 13-14 lens date, “I’ll Be Homicidal for Christmas.” This episode will air throughout the month of December. Filming takes place Saturday and Sunday, October 13-14 from 10am-10pm both days in metro Detroit.

Available Roles:

  • ED: (Male 35-45) Homicidal, fanatical psycho-father who has been abusing his daughter and tries to murder his son Brandon on Christmas Eve.
  • BOBBY: (Male 20-26) Preppy cousin of Brandon, who also becomes his friend and confidant.
  • ANITA: (Female 18-24) Small supporting role: Slutty, ill-fated blind date of Brandon’s.

  • Jason Burns aka “J Burner”: Bernard’s homeboy, tall, athletic, real cool and outgoing. A jokester
  • Christina Washington: Bernard’s sister, sarcastic, always tries to protect her brother, but mean at the same time
  • Chris Myers: Nerdy (scared of Vic)
  • Victor Rokeman “Vic”: Very athletic, muscular, gym rat, hard on the outside, but soft on the inside
  • Dan Barkley “Professor Barkley”: Young, in 30’s, stuck up, thinks he knows everything
  • Asia Stevens: Focus on graduating from college, independent, business orientate, she looks as if she was a model, very beautiful


These are not paid roles. If she show gets picked up by a network we will shoot the remaining episodes and compensate all the actors/actresses. I need all the actors/actresses to give 110% so it will get picked up by a network.

Casting Actors for Barry County Public Service Announcements

Casting Call for Actors, Actresses and Extras

Three short Public Service Announcements will be shot in the Barry County and the Greater Grand Rapids Area on September 15th & 16th. The PSA’s are targeted to show at a local movie theater chain in the lobbies (these are not yet slated to be shown on TV). The content of the PSA’s deals with differing forms of abuse and they target giving teens direction on how to cope. The PSA’s will be shot and edited to resemble movie trailers versus the standard speak to the camera concept. Audition date will be informed upon receipt of headshot.

Available Roles:

“Movie Land”

  • Jacob: Looks 16. Guy next door, attractive, casual.
  • Mandy: Looks 15-16. Lisa’s friend. She is concerned for Lisa as her boyfriend is very controlling.
  • Extras: There are open roles for all ages. This shoot will occur in a park so families, groups of teenagers, etc will be needed.

“Home Time”

  • Eve: Looks 16 – 18. She has to deal with her parents constant arguing and verbal abuse to each other. She is always looking for an escape from the tension they create.
  • Nik: Looks 16-19. He is Eve’s boyfriend and is very concerned for her mental state.

“A Bad Day”

  • Ben: Looks 15-17. Caleb’s friend. He feels he always needs to check up on Caleb because there is always signs of physical abuse. He is scared for his friend but doesn’t know what to do.
  • Caleb: Looks 15-17. Small in frame. Caleb is abused by his mother physically.


There will be pay for the speaking roles listed. Pay will be discussed prior to auditions for the people selected. Each person will only be needed for 1 shooting day (Home Time & A Bad Day will not be full days). Extras will not be paid. There is no compensation for travel.

The TV series, “A Fathers Pain” is looking for actors and an intern script supervisor. Shooting takes place in Detroit, MI.


A Fathers Pain (TV Series) is a heart wrenching drama about A Fathers constant struggles while raising his two daughters… after his wife committed suicide. The youngest daughter deals with images of her mom and trying to know more about who she was. The oldest daughter deals with the pressure of high school and taking on a set of new emotions she is blind to, while becoming a woman. The father deals with all these issues and fights the world while trying to protect his young girls from the reality of life, but finds his self in a deeper downward spiral and questioning his ability to be a father. The dark drama is moved slightly away with a significant portion of comedic relief.

IES Interactive is looking to cast actors for a video shoot for law enforcement training scenarios. We are shooting Wednesday, September 5 – Friday, September 7th from 10:00am to approximately 4:00pm in Ann Arbor, MI.

Available Roles:

  • Actors: We need 2 males and 2 females EACH day, approx. age range 18-45, open ethnicity) Actors will be playing multiple roles for different scenarios, ranging from innocent frightened victim to suspicious character with a weapon. So, 12 actors total.
