Face-Off Models L3C is a low-profit limited liability company seeking a first class roster of spokes-models, of whom we will train, promote, feature and deliver to the fashion industry through community outreach.
Face Off Models L3C has been designed as an outlet for those who recovering from disease. Promoting self esteem, Face Off Models will provide the opportunity for each survivor to take part in the modeling & fashion industry.Survivors will have the opportunity to assist with the behind scene set-up and stage productions as well as be models in the fashion show. In-house training, referral services & business opportunities will be offered to the survivors and staff.
Proceeds will be donated to a myriad of survivor recovery centers & organizations throughout the United States. Face Off Models will utilize an aggressive marketing system through branding, advertisement campaigns, and conferences in Metro Detroit. Face Off Models will officially launch in New York City, New York with expectations of reaching Chicago, California, Washington, and Atlanta.

The Dramatic Arts Studio will be holding an open casting call for two upcoming student films. Multiple roles are available and shooting will take place over the next few weeks.
The casting call will be held Thursday, February 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 429 Livernois Ave, Ferndale, MI.
Please bring a picture and a resume and have a comtemporary monologue prepared.
Anna – (female – 20-30) Protagonist, wide range of emotions.
Connie – (female – 20-30) Supporting, Anna’s best friend.
Hellen – (female 40-60) Antagonist, an over dramatic and extreme character. This is a very theatrical style of woman!
Models – (male 20-30) five foot ten or taller. These are for Hellen’s entourage.
NOTE: The following characters descriptions and ethnicity are only suggestions and the director is happy to change height, skin color (you name it)to get the right feel for the script. The film is based on punk/grunge skateboarding. Although all of the following roles are male. if you are a female who fits the bill, we would love to meet you.

SGI Productions along with the Ford Community Performing Arts Center are hosting “Motown’s Still Got It!” a statewide talent competition featuring song and dance among other talents, special guest performances, and judges. All contestants are competing to win the cash prize and representation package from SGI Productions. We are currently working with local celebrity Veronica Sworden from the hit TV show on CW50 “Gossip Girls.” The show will be recorded live in attendance by an audience of up to 1200 people. Entertainment industry executives such as agents, directors, producers, and managers will be in attendance to scout new talent for upcoming productions.
