Endangered Creations is currently casting kids and teenagers to play students and/or dancers in a music video for a young 12 year old female artist. The music video willl be shot on Tuesday, April 5th, 2011.

Available Roles:

  • Kids: ages 12-18 of all races, genders, and sizes.
  • 6 Dancers: To be featured in an intense dance off scene.

Casting Call for “Fireworks: The Movie”

Casting talent for the film “Fireworks: The Movie”. The weather is breaking and our filming will soon begin. The Promo shoot is currently scheduled for March 12th.

Available Roles:

  • Drum Line & Horns: (4 to 6 member team) High School groups allowed with parental consent.
    Date of Shoot: June27 & July 3rd
  • Acrobatic Cheerleader: (2 member team) Must be able flip flip flip.
    Date of Shoot: July 3rd
  • Female Singer/Rapper: (Non label or contracted individual) Female we choose will perform live at all events for movie. Recording time is paid for. Music will be in movie as well as your performances.
  • Kid Dance Team: (4 to 8 member group) Must be able to perform new style “Hustles”. Age group 7 to 13
    (Adult leader required for contact.)

  • Hip Hop Dance Team
    Date Of Shoot: July 3rd


  • Drum Line & Horns:  Team Pay – $200.00/Plus incentives
  • Acrobatic Cheerleader:  Team Pay – $80.00/2hr
  • Female Singer/Rapper:  Pay – Sponsorship via Movie Mania -IMU day rate.
  • Kid Dance Team:  Pay – $125.00
  • Hip Hop Dance Team:  Pay – $100 to $300. Depends on shoot time & rehearsal needs.

Motor City Movement: A Collaboration of Choreographers is now looking for fresh, new groups for our next show on December 30th at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI!

Motor City Movement is the largest and hottest dance showcase in the Detroit area!! This is a show you want to be a part of, and a show you DO NOT WANT to miss!! The show brings out the best of the best 18 & up dance talent in metro Detroit!

How to Apply:

If you are interested in submitting a piece for consideration to be in the show, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Send a video of at least 45 seconds of choreography of the style of dance you would like to have in the show.
  • There needs to be at least 2 people doing the choreogreaphy in the video. We are not looking for soloists/freesyle dancers for the show, we are looking for choreographed groups and crews.
  • All styles of dance are welcome! Really on the search for a hot hoofing tap group and a sexy latin group/couple.

Alliance Casting Corporation along with Film Producers and Talent Agents will be holding an open casting call for Actors, Models, Singers, Dancers, and other Talent for upcoming films and projects.

Date: October 9th, 2010
Time: 10:00 AM – 9PM (Only taking those signed in by 6:00 pm)

What to Prepare:

All talent needs to bring a professional headshot and a resume.  There is no fee for registration!

  • Singers: Prepare 2 contrasting pieces of music, 16 bars each There will be NO accompanist
  • Actors: Prepare a monologue, at least one minute in length Be prepared for improv exercises May be asked to do a cold read/improv scene
  • Dancers: Prepare 2 dance numbers of contrasting styles, no longer than one minute in length Bring own music, CD player will be provided with a hook up for IPods
  • Models: Prepare to showcase your walk and poses Female models in bathing suits and heels Male models in bathing suits and flat soled shoes/barefoot.

Styles: Commercial and high fashion.

NOTE: For models, if you are under 18 years old you may walk in age appropriate clothing that is figure flattering. Be prepared to be weighed and have your measurements taken.

Some Tips to Remember:

  • We want you to audition at your best ability so when you walk through that door, please remember we are a team, so smile and let’s have a great time.
  • Dress appropriately. The way you present yourself is your interview.
  • Confidence is key. If you are not confident in your talents, how can you ask us to be confident in you. SELL IT!

Former Michael Jackson choreographer, Courtney Miller Jr., is holding auditions for dancers for the upcoming “Harold and Kumar 3” movie this Saturday. Courtney is looking to fill 30 dancer spots.

Gymnastics skills are a bonus.

MOTOR CITY MOVEMENT: A Collaboration of Choreographers

Looking for choreographers/dancers to submit pieces for MOTOR CITY MOVEMENT: A Collaboration of Choreographers!!!!

MCM is the the hottest dance collaboration to come to Metro Detroit! The show will feature Metro Detroit’s most talented choreographers and dancers! Several well-known and hot new choreographers are already lined up, but we want more! We want YOU! Do not sleep on this opportunity! Everyone who is anyone in the Detroit dance scene will be there. We are looking to help promote dance and the arts while also helping to get out YOUR name!! The sooner you hop on board the sooner we can start advertising YOU! Let’s create a buzz!!


The show is at the Crofoot Ballrom in Pontiac on July 30th. Doors will open at 7:30 pm.

18 & up only to attend. The choreographer must be 18 & up as well but performers can be 16 & up. Please specify if any of your dancers are under 18 at time of audition.

All pieces for the show must be set choreography, not freestyle, and must have at least two people performing in the group. You do not need to audition the exact dance you will be doing, or even with the exact ppl, but it needs to be in the same style of dance. Video submissions will also be accepted if you cannot make the auditions. Time limit for performance is 6 minutes. You will need to bring a CD with your music to the audition.

Detroits Semi Pro Football Team is starting 2010 Dance Team and we are in need of a coach.

The Dance Team performs jazz, hip hop, and pom style routines with skill and technique attained through years of dance experience

My name is Andrea, 21 years old and Im the advisor of the team. My duties will be putting the team together and holding try/outs, accounting records, fundraising maintenance, activities planning (camps, competitions, banquets, etc), and event scheduling…..I will also be a member on the team and the coach may also be on the team

Your duties will be to choreograph routines, choose music, help team perfect routines, work with advisor to schedule practices, detail technique and any other physical aspects of the dance team.

Motown Showdown Competition Auditions

SGI Productions along with the Ford Community Performing Arts Center are hosting “Motown’s Still Got It!” a statewide talent competition featuring song and dance among other talents, special guest performances, and judges. All contestants are competing to win the cash prize and representation package from SGI Productions. We are currently working with local celebrity Veronica Sworden from the hit TV show on CW50Gossip Girls.” The show will be recorded live in attendance by an audience of up to 1200 people. Entertainment industry executives such as agents, directors, producers, and managers will be in attendance to scout new talent for upcoming productions.

With the groundbreaking news of Michigan’s embrace to the entertainment industry, we are supremely confident that this is the most advantageous time to make this dream a reality. This competition is for ages 14-19 years old. Student or State ID proving age will be required.

A parent or guardian will need to be present if the contestant is under 18 years old. A parental media release form will need to be signed.

Acappella auditions only. Prepare at least 2 songs.

Auditions will start promptly at 10:00AM. You may arrive at 9:30 to start the application process.
