“Spilt Milk” Auditions & Casting for Short Film

Auditions are being held this Wednesday and Thursday in Grand Rapids for the dramatic short film, “Split Milk”. Shooting is scheduled for August 4th and 5th in Newaygo, Michigan. Actors must be available all day.

Plot:

After 17 years of marriage, Ann finally has had enough of her husband’s violent behavior to her and their daughter and gives him what he justly deserves.

Audition Details:

Wednesday, July 25th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Thursday, July 26th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Available Roles:

  • Ann: Female, mid 30s-early 40s. A stay-at-home-mom, has been beaten, physically and mentally by her husband. After Peter turns his violent behavior to their daughter she decides that she has to take action.
  • Peter: Male mid 30s-early 40s. A business man, once he has a few drinks, becomes violent to his wife and daughter. He likes to feel like he has control everything in his life.
  • Jess: Female, 8-12. An innocent girl who is scared of her father’s behavior.

These are not paid roles. Copy of the film. Food will be available on set.
