Casting Actors and Extras for Commercials

Here is your chance Milan residents for you or your friends or family to be in one of the 3 commercials shot in Milan, MI. You don’t need prior experience to be involved. We want to make 3 great 30 to 40 second commercials that everyone in Milan can be proud of.  Filming will take place in July, 2011.

Available Roles:

NOTE: All the following roles are non-speaking roles.  More roles will be available and posted soon.

  • 6 Kids: Ages 6-9, boys & girls. Needs to be able to ride a bike
  • 3 Girls: Ages 12 – 16. Needs to know how to jump rope
  • Father & Son: Any ethnicity. Fishing with kid scene
  • Cute Couple: Ages 23 to 40. Romantic lake scene
  • 2 Girls: Ages 16 – 19. On bikes having ice cream
  • 2 Hikers: Any age. Hiking gear is requires for this role
  • Guy Canoeing: Age 20 to 28
  • Group of Friends: Age 25 to 40. Eating dinner and having fun
  • Golfer: Age 25 to 35. Playing golf
  • Factory Worker: Age 25 to 55
  • Extras: Any age. We need to fill in the background on some of these shots. The extras make a huge contribution on how the final product looks so please contact us for a role as an extra or any other positions.
  • Music Talent: If you have some recorded works we would love to hear it. Your song could be the track to all the commercials. (Remember… No vocals just acoustics) Think Pure Michigan style commercials.


This will be volunteer positions but you will have a great time.

    I ‘actually’ like writing, but want to see the full-montey of the actual live drama. I am interested in an extra role, or commercials, but need to know the necessities.
