“Air Head”, a Compass College for Cinematic Arts student film will be shooting March 23-25. They are looking to cast three actors and one actress.

Plot Summary:

Jack Merrymon is a rockstar in every way, his behavior, his look, even his ego, except for one major thing: Jack is a professional air guitarist. But now he has to walk the walk when he accidentally signs up for a real battle of the bands. With the competition two weeks away, classical guitar student Edward Strat reluctantly agrees to teach him the craft, and must put up with this wanna-be’s antics. Styles clash in this rock comedy, produced by An Benoit, written and directed by David Spencer.

Audition Details:

Sunday, February 5th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Monday, February 6th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Wednesday, February 8th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Available Roles:

  • Jack Merrymon: (Male, 30s-40s) Air guitar champion, who acts like a rock-star. He is outrageous, ego-tistical, and a bit of a wannabe.
  • Edward Strat: (Male, 20s) Classical guitar player, who dislikes anything to do with rock and roll. He is pompous, sarcastic, and skilled.
  • Sarah: (Female, 20s) Works at the guitar shop and is a rock fan. She is sweet, a peace-maker, with a bit of a punk look.


These are not paid roles.
