Digital Arts, Film & Television (DAFT) Seeks Video Submissions
Digital Arts, Film & Television (DAFT) is now accepting submissions for the 42nd Annual Michigan Student Film & Video Festival (MSF&VF). All K-12 students and teachers throughout Michigan are encouraged to enter their work.
The Festival will be held on Saturday, April 24th, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Detroit Film Theatre located at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
DAFT is a non-profit educational organization that has been providing services to its members and the state of Michigan since 1969. Their primary mission is to promote media literacy through the creative use of film and video. DAFT does this by conducting workshops and conferences for teachers, and media professionals. They provide support for emerging media artists and actively develop student involvement in media arts and studies through our annual statewide festival, scholarships and special workshops.
